IntelliHose Return & Warranty Policy
1. 12-Month Warranty + 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Every IntelliHose comes with a 12-month warranty. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if there’s a verified product issue.
2. How It Works
Contact our support team and let us know what’s going on. A short message—and ideally a photo or video—helps us quickly assess the situation.
We’ll verify the issue and offer a solution: a refund, replacement, or simple fix. If a return is needed, we’ll send you specific instructions (don’t return items to the address on the box).
Once your return arrives, your refund or replacement is processed within 3 to 15 business days, depending on your payment method.
3. When Return Shipping is Covered
We cover return shipping if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong product was sent
- The product doesn’t match the listing
- Parts were missing
- There’s a confirmed quality issue
Please include clear images or video so we can resolve things quickly.
4. When Return Shipping Isn’t Covered
Return shipping and/or restocking fees may apply if:
- You changed your mind or ordered the wrong item
- The item arrived later due to events beyond our control
- The item was used or installed incorrectly
- The product is no longer in new condition
5. Refund Timelines
Once your return is processed:
- Credit/Debit Card: 4–16 business days
- PayPal: Up to 3 business days
- Klarna / Buy Now, Pay Later: Up to 15 business days
If your refund hasn’t shown up after that, contact us or your payment provider.
