Love this, so much lighter than your average clunky hose with its manual reel in. This installation was easy (even tho my husband did it lol it looked easy) moves great, works great! It's sturdy, retractibility is quick and clean!

This is one of the best retractable hoses I've ever owned. It's very simple to install and very easy to use. I would highly recommend this to anybody that's looking for retractable house.

Easy to install and quick to set up

Place this on a spike post that was 6.5 ft tall and a spike that was 16 in Long. Being lightweight, less than 20 lb, makes this an extreme advantage for a post like that that isn't supported by concrete. Used this for my front yard setup and it has been extremely handy, especially when placed at waist level. Though it has the typical mechanisms you would expect from an auto reel, this is an reel that I would recommend that you help guide when you're reeling it back in as surprisingly strong and could cause damage when the hose atopper impacts the slot.
I also like the white and gray color; since my house is face is on the west side on the North hemisphere I get a lot of sun, so anything that's black or extremely dar will absorb A LOT of heat. Though in my personal taste I really don't like the parts that are orange as they really clash with my gray and white themed home. However, I can probably fix this issue with just a little spray paint~
Though this comes with your typical squeeze spray, I switched it to a thumb controlled one to be more advantageous. But I appreciate that they still provide nonetheless and I'll just keep the stock one as a spare. Overall, in my case it's perfect to provide a lightweight, long and convenient hose reel for my front yard.

Great hose reel very convenient and compact easy to install and works great.

This retractable hose reel is beefy. It is more "heavy duty" than I expected, but that's a good thing. Installation instructions were straightforward. Drilled the holes in the mortar between the bricks, installed the plastic inserts and screwed on the mounting plate. Placed the hose reel on the mounting plate, lined up the holes, and inserted the large plastic mounting pin. I used a dual hose splitter on the faucet, connected my old 25' hose to one outlet and this inlet hose to the other. Works great and has a very strong recovery spring to wind up the hose. Note this has a 1/2" hose, so it is a bit smaller than your standard 3/8" water hose. The hose does appear to have some reinforcing cords in the hose wall, but the hose is flexible and collapses fairly easily. I feel this may be as designed to help collapse the hose as it winds to evacuate most of the water. I hold my spray head open as I wind up the hose. Freezing may be an issue, so I will remove the hose reel and store it in the garage during the winter and rely on my old 25' hose if needed.

Delivery was perfect. Explanation of instructions was right on. All hardware fit perfectly. The start up was perfect. Wife handled all settings on nozzle and was impressed Only question is all the water that's in the reel might freeze if Louisiana gets below 30 degrees. Unhook and bring inside is my back up plan.

Im obsessed with this hose. I bought two. We use them on our farm daily. They're invaluable. They retract very quickly & easily. With the nozzle, they have great water pressure for cleaning things off.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. My dad originally bought one and kept raving about it. I purchased the 100ft hose for my home when it went on sale and really should have done it sooner. Install was a breeze just a couple screws and connecting it to the spigot. The hose is light weight, retracts with ease, has great pressure plus it's easy to adjust the settings.

Super easy to install. Hose works great. The nozzles that came with it are on the cheap side but that's ok. Easy to replace once they break.
